Dear Friends of the Lane Memorial Library—

Thank you so much for ALL your many wonderful contributions to the Lane Children’s Room throughout the years. 

Just in the last several months alone our patrons have enjoyed your generosity in a myriad of ways. The Valentine’s Sweetheart Tea, as always, was a much-anticipated—and much-enjoyed—event.  The new murals transformed the formerly blank walls into a truly fun and inviting space.

The new DVD buffer you provided has proved a tremendous tool in restoring and extending the lives of our much-loved DVDs and CDs.  It has repaired literally hundreds of discs in the short time we have had it.  What a gift it is to take a badly scratched DVD, run it through the buffer, and within a literal minute, give it–clean and ready to play–to a child who is eagerly waiting for it. It is amply repaying its cost by all the items it is preserving.

Please know what a marvelous difference your time, talents, and efforts have made for our Children’s Room—and for all of Hampton’s families.
